I have never written a recommendation ever as l genuinely believed in the rule that “you pay for a service” but as a result of my business dealings with cjkeane&co. I have drastically changed my view. 

We had just lost a very dear friend and as one of the executors to her estate, I was in charge of organising quotes for the sale of her home which was extremely hard to do as we were grieving and also had a responsibility to the other beneficiaries.  I had a preconceived preference of agent which l was going to choose from phone calls before actually meeting with them in person. I have never written a recommendation ever as l genuinely believed in the rule that “you pay for a service” but as a result of my business dealings with cjkeane&co. I have drastically changed my view. 

We had just lost a very dear friend and as one of the executors to her estate, I was in charge of organising quotes for the sale of her home which was extremely hard to do as we were grieving and also had a responsibility to the other beneficiaries.  I had a preconceived preference of agent which l was going to choose from phone calls before actually meeting with them in person. The other real estate agents were excellent too but the people from cjkeane&co. radiated as they went that much the “extra mile” that l changed my mind of whom l was going to select and that was the best thing l could have done. 

The house was sold at over the expected price after only being on the internet for four days.  Another member of the team worked magic with his negotiations between myself and the new buyer.  This agency definitely does work as a team and it was the whole team that treated me as if l was the only client they had. 

I would like to once again thank Caroline and Marcus for doing such a wonderful job, not only for selling the property so promptly and without any anguish to me but for also being empathetic and professional and as to whom l now regard as  “mates.” You too cannot go wrong with these people working on your behalf regardless of if you’re a seller or a buyer.
