"I have struggled these last 3-4 years with not only tenants but agencies who have really let me down. I had my property on the market not that long ago and wished to sell to eleviate any further headaches. The tenant had vacated the property earlier than I had anticipated leaving the property vacant. This put me in a financial position where I needed either a quick sale or to re-lease the property. I called on several agencies and found the fees etc to be consistent and with very little difference. However I contacted your agency and left a message at reception. Within a very short time maybe 1-2 hours I was contacted by Leanne. I found Leanne over the phone to be very professional, switched on and easy to talk to. From the conversation we had, I felt more than comfortable in dealing with Leanne. Her confidence and her previous experience in real estate gave me a security in trusting the integrity of your agency. I had made arrangements with other agencies to find a tenant and who ever would find one first would be the agency that I would sign with. After finishing the conversation with Leanne, I called the other agencies back and signed the same day exclusive with C J Keane & Co. The Property took approximately 3 weeks to be tenanted and two offers were refused by Leanne as she felt them not suitable for the arrangements we had discussed. Leanne was quick to follow up and keep me informed with how the property was going. I''m not usually one to send appraisals but in this insance I wish for it to be recognised and noted. From the start I was impressed with the level of enthusiasm and energy from you, which gave me confidence that I had chosen the right agent, being in real estate myself. Also your pre-inspection advice on the presentation on my home was invaluable and I felt this ultimately helped achieve the best outcome as the property was presented correctly for sale. Although the numbers of groups that came through the opens became low towards the middle of the campaign, you were still confident that we would get a result. On auction day I was very impressed with the turn out and was informed of how many buyers were present and their various terms. I had meet the auctioneer and felt he was a very positive and well spoken Sales person and when the time came he managed to extract every last dollar from the buyers that were bidding. Though the property did not sell under the hammer we went inside to negotiate with highest bidder. I was asked as to what price I wanted. I gave him a price that I had in mind, thinking that I might get $5,000 or $10,000 less than that figure. I was very suprised when he returned to advise me that he had the full price that I wanted, with the terms I wanted. I did not think that I would get that figure. I honestly believe that you have some of the best negotiation techniques of any sales person I know and being supported by a fantastic assistant and great auctioneer there was never a doubt of achieving a great result. I would not hesitate in recommending Robert to anyone who is thinking of selling their property. I would certainly use him again in the future. Once again thank you. "
