I wanted to write to you in relation to the recent handling of the rental premises we reside in at 20 Dunsmore Road Highton.
We recently had the dishwasher flood in the middle of the night and awoke to almost ankle deep water in the kitchen that had seeped out into the loungeroom carpet.
Within days of calling you to alert you of this the carpet cleaner was in attendance to dry the carpet and left the dryer at our premises to ensure the carpet was thoroughly dried, the vinyl guys came and measured up, then the carpet cleaner returned and cleaned the carpet beautifully and efficiently, then this morning the vinyl layer attended and laid the new beautiful vinyl and left the kitchen spotless and the new floor looking beautifully modern and sparkling.
I am thrilled to have the carpet fresh and smelling clean and the new vinyl down and gone is the dreadful "fish" smell that was entrapped under the old vinyl from the dishwasher water!
I have been so very impressed by all of the attention and service we have recieved , firstly by yourself in the promptness of handling and managing all of this for us, as well as the tradesmen dispatched to do the actual physical work - they were all spot on time arriving, they were all courteous, professional and jovial, they were all very efficient with thier times actually in the house as well.
And lastly Thanks to our lovely Landlords whom of course would have had to have approved all of this at I imagine some cost to themselves, which was the most important matter and which I am most grateful for.
All of this turned a messy smelly and wet inconvenience into a pleasurable experience and Michael, the kids and I can only thank-you for the minimal disruption and great services received.
